How It Works: The Client referral bonus is paid 30 days after: 1) Simulacra receives the “Retainer” payment from the Client, or 2) a full-time Candidate is successfully placed and passes Simulacra’s “Guarantee.” The Candidate referral bonus is paid 30 days after a full-time Candidate is successfully placed and passes Simulacra’s “Guarantee.”
Terms & Conditions: All referrals are subject to review and approval by Simulacra according to its sole discretion. The Candidate referral bonus is for full-time positions only. All referral bonuses are paid after Simulacra has received payment in full from the Client. To claim the reward, a valid W-9 Form or W-8 Form is required. All referral bonuses are paid in US Dollars (USD). Simulacra reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral bonus program at any time.
