Cancel or downgrade anytime prior to the next monthly billing cycle, although the current month’s subscription will not be affected. If you forget to cancel a subscription, a refund will not be issued.

Within 7 days of purchasing a subscription, Contact Us to receive an upgrade for the incremental cost. After 7 days, you may upgrade via the candidate portal for the full additional amount of the new subscription and your old subscription will not renew.

All plans are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Please respond promptly to Simulacra’s request to schedule any included hours. Otherwise, your services may be cancelled without a refund. Hours are scheduled between Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time, subject to Simulacra’s availability. -
Any unused hours expire at the end of the current billing cycle. As part of an upgrade, any unused hours will be credited to the new subscription.

No. The “Job Search” subscription includes a personalized job search plan, hands-on training from LinkedIn alumni, market intelligence, interview preparation, and job offer support.

No. Any fees charged to candidates are solely for career services that do not guarantee employment or access to specific job listings.
